Scouts for anyone aged 10½-14 is the oldest section of the Scouting movement. It started in 1907 on Brownsea Island and hasn’t stopped. Scouts learn how to take care of themselves and their environments in the outdoors. They’ll explore new skills like firelighting and cooking but also get the chance to express their own interests through the massive selection of badges for them to earn.
Scouts is run by Skip, Emma and Ethan with the help of Chil.
The Scout uniform is a green shirt tucked into smart trousers with a Scout logo belt along with the group neckerchief. Below is a diagram showing the placement of badges.
